This week I have been pondering the different business styles that we all have.
A) The perfectionists - everything has to be perfect before they can move forward with their business. They want to be able to preempt every possible scenario and have a solution before they even know what customers might be wanting.
B) The business owners that jump into new ideas - and then figure things out on the fly. Processes and Documentation is done as required, and often after a negative experience
C) The procrastinators - they have great business ideas, but it is overwhelming and hard and tomorrow might be a better option to get moving! No judgement from me where you fit into the business style assessment , you are welcome to be a, b or c and sometimes in business we can be a combination of all three at different times and days of the week! What I have found is that it is always good to have a sounding board for your business and look at where the blocks might be. Feel free to book in a chat and let's look at ways we can work together.
Other key areas that help with any roadblocks include:
having a solid communication system, emails, newsletter templates, phone systems etc
Setting up a good CRM system. For small - medium businesses I recommend Bonsai
An excellent website and consistent branding
Advertising budget with Google or social media
Business Roadmap.
